Global infrastructure and mineral development sectors are raising higher standards for crushing equipment, putting forward strict requirements on finished aggregate quality, operational safety and equipment service cycle. Conventional crushing equipment suffers from frequent breakdowns when encountering metal impurities, short bearing lifespan and single adjustable particle size, which greatly restricts production efficiency. Targeting these bottlenecks, our CS series spring cone crusher has undergone comprehensive structural and technical upgrades to deliver an all-in-one reliable crushing solution.

The CS spring cone crusher adopts eccentric transmission driving mode. Driven by the motor, the eccentric sleeve pushes the mantle to perform continuous gyratory motion inside the crushing chamber. Raw materials are subjected to extrusion, bending and shearing force layer by layer, which thoroughly crushes hard rocks and ores. Compared with ordinary impact crushers, its laminated crushing mechanism effectively reduces flaky and needle-shaped particles, producing high-quality cubic aggregates that satisfy high-standard construction raw material demands.

The independent spring safety system is the core competitive advantage of this machine. When non-crushable hard foreign substances like iron blocks enter the crushing cavity, the spring assembly will automatically retract to expand the discharge opening and expel impurities quickly. After foreign objects are cleared, the spring rebounds to the original position immediately without manual reset, avoiding permanent damage to key components such as main shaft and wear liners, and minimizing production halt losses for manufacturers.

For long-term stable operation, the dual oil-water sealing structure is adopted to form a full dust isolation barrier. It stops fine mineral dust from entering the bearing lubrication system, greatly extending the service life of bearings and lowering daily maintenance frequency and cost. Users can replace different crushing cavities including coarse, medium and fine types on the same host machine, covering discharge sizes between 9mm to 64mm to match different production line design requirements. The full series ranges from small laboratory models to large industrial units, with hourly processing capacity covering dozens to over one thousand tons, compatible with both stationary crushing plants and mobile crushing stations.

This spring cone crusher is widely used to process granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, cobblestone and other hard and medium-hard materials. Up to now, CS series cone crushers have been exported to dozens of countries and regions. With stable performance, low comprehensive operation cost and easy maintenance design, it helps global customers optimize aggregate quality, boost overall output and realize efficient, low-loss sustainable production.
