Against the backdrop of booming global aggregate and mineral exploitation industries, mining and stone factories are eager to find secondary crushing equipment with stable output, safe operation and low comprehensive running cost. Traditional cone crushers often face frequent shutdowns caused by iron blocks and hard impurities, uneven finished grain shape and short service cycle of core bearings. To solve these common industry pain points, our R&D team fully optimized the classic spring cone crusher, upgrading its crushing structure, safety protection and lubrication system to bring all-round performance improvement.

Different from single-impact crushing machinery, CS spring cone crusher relies on eccentric sleeve to drive the mantle for continuous orbital swing. Raw materials receive compound forces of extrusion, bending and shearing between mantle and concave liners, completing layered selective crushing. This working principle greatly reduces needle-like and flaky particles, delivering neat cubic finished aggregates that fully meet strict standards of highway asphalt, concrete batching and railway ballast production.

The core highlight of this equipment lies in its built-in spring safety protection system. Once uncrushable hard foreign objects such as iron blocks enter the crushing chamber, the spring group will automatically compress to enlarge the discharge gap and discharge impurities rapidly. After foreign matters pass through, the spring resets instantly to resume normal crushing, fundamentally preventing collision damage to liners and main shaft and cutting unexpected downtime drastically.

In terms of durability and maintenance, the crusher is equipped with dual oil-water isolation sealing structure, which completely blocks mineral dust from invading the lubrication system, effectively extending bearing service life. Multiple interchangeable crushing cavities (coarse, medium, fine types) are optional on the same unit; operators can switch cavities freely to adjust finished particle size from 3mm to 64mm, adapting to diversified production demands. The whole series covers small to large models with hourly capacity ranging from 20 tons to 1350 tons, perfectly matching fixed crushing plants and mobile crushing stations.

Widely applicable to medium and fine crushing of granite, basalt, limestone, iron ore, copper ore and other medium-hard & hard brittle materials, CS spring cone crushers have gained high recognition from clients across Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. With reliable mechanical structure, energy-saving performance and affordable spare parts cost, the equipment helps global production enterprises improve aggregate quality, lower operation expenditure and achieve long-term stable high-yield production.
