A batch of customized river gold dredging vessels made by a professional Chinese construction machinery manufacturer has finished loading and departed for West Africa recently, marking another bulk export of China's mature gold mining equipment to overseas mining markets.

These floating gold dredgers are tailor-designed based on local river terrain, water depth and alluvial gold distribution conditions of the destination country. Equipped with high-efficiency suction pump system, vibrating screening unit and centrifugal gold concentrator, the dredgers realize full-process sand extraction, mineral separation and high gold recovery rate without mercury pollution, complying with global environmental mining standards. Each standard dredger can process 300 to 400 cubic meters of river sand per hour for continuous gold extraction on water.

According to the factory's sales manager, the Chinese manufacturer has specialized in R&D and production of gold dredgers and mining spare parts for over two decades. Its gold dredging products have been exported to more than 30 countries across Africa, Southeast Asia and South America, including Nigeria, Ghana, Suriname, Indonesia and the Philippines, winning consistent recognition from local mine operators for stable performance and cost-effective after-sales service.

The African client placed the bulk order after on-site factory inspection and equipment testing. The supplier will dispatch professional engineering technicians to the destination country for on-site installation guidance, operator training and later regular maintenance support after vessel arrival. With rising global gold prices, more overseas mining investors plan to place customized dredger orders for river placer gold exploitation in the near future.
