A new generation of two-axis horizontal vibrating screen, the ZTLZ series, has been officially launched in Shandong, targeting high-efficiency screening for alluvial gold mining, mineral processing, and construction aggregate production. Engineered with dual-axis self-synchronous excitation technology, the equipment is designed to solve common industry pain points such as low efficiency, screen blockage, and unstable operation.
The ZTLZ series features adjustable rotation speed and amplitude, adapting to materials of varying humidity and particle sizes. With a processing capacity ranging from 150 t/h to 480 t/h, the screen delivers consistent performance in both wet and dry conditions. The heavy-duty, riveted structure and low-maintenance design ensure long service life, while the horizontal layout saves installation space for compact sites.
Developed for both domestic and international markets, the two-axis horizontal screen has already been deployed in multiple gold mining projects in Africa and Southeast Asia.
