Weekly maintenance is carried out once a week and must be operated by professional maintenance personnel. In addition to completing the daily maintenance content, it also includes refueling according to specifications, cleaning the filter element, checking and adjusting the belt tightness, adding engine oil, checking the electrolyte and the joystick system.
Monthly maintenance is carried out once a month. On the basis of completing the daily and weekly maintenance content, the oil filter and fuel filter element must be cleaned, and the tire pressure and wear, frame and working device welds must be checked.
In addition, there are quarterly maintenance, half-year maintenance and annual maintenance. Quarterly maintenance (600h) focuses on checking the operating conditions of various systems, such as electrical, emission, braking, etc., and cleaning, inspecting, tightening and adjusting related parts. Half-year maintenance (1200h) and annual maintenance (2400h) are more comprehensive and in-depth. Not only key parts are checked, but also parts with severe wear are replaced.
Reasonable maintenance cycles can not only extend the service life of the loader and reduce maintenance costs, but also improve the safety and reliability of equipment operations.
