In today's mining and construction industries, ore sand machinery plays a vital role. Its working principles are diverse, and different types of machinery have their own characteristics.

Take the common sand making machine as an example, such as the new CNC sand making machine, which has excellent performance in the fine crushing of various minerals such as granite and basalt. When working, the block ore falls from the feed hopper into the upper throwing plate in the sand making machine cavity, and is thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder with the help of centrifugal force, colliding with the impact plate on the inner wall, and the materials will also collide with each other, causing hairline cracks. Then, the material enters the conical rotor cavity, falls in a spiral shape in the conical space, and is further crushed by stamping and extrusion. After that, the material enters the crushing cavity, and is further crushed into small particles with the help of the centrifugal force of the throwing plate, and finally enters the cylindrical rotor cavity for grinding and shaping until the required particle size is reached.

Hydraulic sand making machine is also a high-efficiency equipment. When the material enters its feed hopper, it is accelerated by the high-speed rotating rotor through the central feed hole and thrown out from the launch port. It first collides with the material that falls freely after rebounding, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or impact block) in the surrounding vortex cavity. After being rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, it moves downward and collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel again, forming a continuous material curtain, and finally discharged from the lower discharge port.

The working principles of these ore sand machines are exquisite. Through unique structures and mechanisms, they realize the crushing, shaping and other processing of materials such as ores and rocks to meet the needs of different industries for ore sand materials, provide high-quality raw materials for subsequent production and processing, and promote the stable development of related industries.
